Problem: Movie ticket sales reports that vary from computer printouts to hand written forms had to be maintained for years to satisfy film audit requirements. Thousands of boxes of documents were stored at an off-site storage facility with costs increasing every year and the ability to retrieve files was labor intensive and slow.

Solution: Warner Bros. contacted Anacapa Imaging to develop an electronic warehouse for their boxes of ticket sales reports and receipts that would give them instant access to their documents and provide a level of disaster protection needed to satisfy their audit and legal requirements. Anacapa Imaging’s outsource production team inventoried all of the boxes and documents, developed a production schedule and rapid implementation plan to facilitate the project
