Most of our solutions begin by converting paper documents and other information sources into digital files. Since paper makes up the bulk of any company’s stored data, most often the Anacapa Imaging process begins by scanning each paper document. The conversion process is fully compliant to ensure that each document may be legally accepted as the “original”. And, once the conversion process is complete, paper files may be destroyed and the paper recycled.
